Customers can leave a star rating and a comment on your product pages. New reviews wait in Reviews until you approve them, so nothing appears on your store without your say.
You can also add reviews you received elsewhere — on WhatsApp or Instagram — by hand. Approved reviews show on the product page with the average rating.
