Open Fraud Protection to stop fake and abusive orders before they cost you a delivery.
- Blocklist — block a phone number. Orders from it are stopped at the order form.
- Order limits — choose how many orders the same number may place per hour and per day, and whether extra orders are flagged or blocked.
- Review queue — flagged orders wait here. Approve the real ones; reject the rest and block the number in one click.
Orders automated by bots are also filtered out quietly at the order form, so your queue only shows real people.
