Confirm orders before you ship

Order Confirmation is a queue of every order waiting for a yes.

1. Open the queue. Each order shows a risk badge based on the customer’s delivery score.
2. Click the WhatsApp button — the message with the order details is already written.
3. When the customer answers, mark the order Confirmed, Unreachable or Cancelled.

Customers can also confirm themselves through a secure link in the message. In the settings you can block shipping until an order is confirmed, and let trusted repeat customers confirm automatically above the score you choose.
