Managing your orders

Every order arrives in Orders, newest first. Filter by status, open one to see everything the customer entered.

An order moves through four statuses:

1. Pending — just placed, waiting for you.
2. Confirmed — the customer said yes; ready to ship.
3. Delivered — the customer received and paid.
4. Cancelled — it did not go ahead; reserved stock goes back automatically.

From an order you can also add private notes for your team, print a delivery slip, create the shipment with your delivery company and see the full history of who changed what. Phone or WhatsApp orders can be entered by hand with Create order, and you can export your orders to CSV at any time.
